At British NIC we provide our customers with technical and customer support Monday to Friday, we aim to respond to all support requests as quickly as possible but should never be longer than 5 working days. If you're not happy with any response you receive you can reply asking for a director of the company to review it.
Before you submit a ticket, you should first check the online Customer Handbook.
This form was created to act as an electronic "receipt" for your support request. After submitting your request via this form you will immediately receive a confirmation number with a time stamp. This will guarantee you that your message was received by us and was not "lost in cyberspace".
If you do not receive your support confirmation number within minutes either your e-mail address is invalid or your ISP spools their mail (i.e. they deliver all received mail in intervals to users).

The price quoted includes all registration fees for Nominet, domain server updates at Nominet, parking and re-delegation of TAG to another ISP's. You have nothing else to pay to secure your chosen domain name. Other services available on request. All prices inc. VAT - no hidden charges.
